Using Self-Service Portal, you can securely reset forgotten passwords, unlock accounts on your own.

• Password change: Change your password while ensuring that it adheres to our organization’s password policies.
• Mobile-based password management: It helps you to manage your passwords ón the go’ from your mobile devices.
• Password Expiry Notification: Notifies you when your password as about to expire so that you can change your password before it expires.

Getting started

              Enrollment is the only step you have to complete before you can use self-service features. Enrollment is a one-time process where you answer security questions, set-up Microsoft Authenticator in Self Service Portal in order to register for password management. Enrollment is mandatory if you want to reset your password or unlock your accounts using this portal.

How do I enroll in CBG SSO Password Self Service Portal?

              CBG SSO Self Service Portal authenticates your identity using the information you provide during the enrollment process. Enrollment is mandatory if you want to reset your password or unlock your accounts.

You can access the CBG SSO Password self-service portal to enroll your devices whether you are in the office, at home, or on the move.

1. Open a browser and navigate to https://www.chargebackgurus.com/password

2.     In the page that opens, enter the username and password of your SSO account.

3. Click Login.

Enrollment using security question and answers

After click on Login, the below window will open.

 Mandatory security questions: We have already configured the security questions. All you have to do is provide appropriate answers.

Custom security questions: Configure your own security questions and provide appropriate answers.

Select a question from the list: A set of security questions defined by the admin will be displayed. You choose the questions using which you wish to be authenticated and provide appropriate answers.

Enrollment using Microsoft Authenticator

Once you completed the enrollment process for security questions and answers, you can see the below pop-up window to enroll using the Microsoft Authenticator. Please follow the steps below,

Prerequisite:

• Download Microsoft Authenticator app in your mobile device from the Play Store or the App Store.

Configuration steps:

• In the pop-up windows, click “Click Here” button to enroll the → Microsoft Authenticator. On the next screen a barcode will be displayed.
• Go to Microsoft Authenticator app in your mobile. Select Scan barcode and scan the displayed barcode.
• A one-time-passcode is generated in the app. Type that value in the Enter code field.
• Click Next.

Accessing CBG SSO Password Application

CBG Self Service Portal allows you to access the password self-service portal through a:

1. Web browser
2. Computer logon screen

1. Open a browser and navigate to https://www.chargebackgurus.com/password

2.     In the page that opens, enter the username and password of your Windows domain account.

3. Click Login.

How do I reset my password?

CBG SSO Password app verifies your identity through multiple authentication techniques before you can perform a self-service password reset.

• Access CBG SSO Password app through a web browser. Click Forgot your password?
• Enter your Username. 

                            

• In the window that opens, the list of the authentication techniques enforced by the admin will be displayed. Choose an authentication method from the list.

                          

• Enter your new password and click Change Password to finish.

                               

Reset your password from a computer login screen

You can also access the self-service portal right from the place where you realize that you have forgotten your password—the login screen on your computer.

CBG SSO Password app allows you to launch its self-service portal from company provided system running Windows, macOS.

Windows machines:

• Click the Reset Password/Account Unlock button on the login screen of your computer.

                              

• In the window that opens, click Password Reset.
• Verify your identity via the enforced multi-factor authentication techniques and reset your password.

                              

How do I unlock my account?

CBG SSO Password App verifies your identity though multiple authentication techniques before you're able to unlock your account.

• Make sure you have enrolled for the verification methods configured for your account before you attempt to reset your passwords or unlock your accounts.
• Access CBG SSO Password app through a web browser. Click Account locked down?

                          

• Enter your Username and click continue.
• Enter your security questions or MFA Code and click Continue.
• Click Unlock Account.

                         

How do I change my password?

CBG SSO Password app offers a secure interface for changing your passwords, while making sure that your password meets our organization’s security policies.

Change Windows Active Directory passwords

• Log in to the CBG SSO Password user portal, and go to the Change Password tab.
• Enter your existing Active Directory or domain password in the Old Password field.
• Provide a New Password, and re-enter it in the Confirm New Password field. Make sure your new password meets the complexity requirements.
• Click Change Password.
• Click any application displayed in the dashboard for seamless, one-click access to that application via single sign-on.
