Zoho Vault application is used to securely store and share your passwords and other confidential data. This guide is intended to provide you with all the basic information to help you get started.

Passphrase | The master key with which your all your confidential data is encrypted and decrypted. |
Secrets | Denotes passwords and other confidential data stored in Zoho Vault. There are two types of secrets - Enterprise and Personal. • When you add a secret to Zoho Vault, you need to mark it as either Enterprise or Personal • Secrets marked as Enterprise can only be shared with other users in Chargeback Gurus • Personal secrets will always remain exclusive to you. (Note - Even your organization super-administrators cannot access it.) |

Outsider | Anyone who is not part of your company. This includes contract workers, consultants, and other temporary workers.
Note - As per company policy, sharing of credentials to outside is restricted. |
The first step to accept the Zoho Vault invitation sent by CBG IT Gurus.
1. Check your inbox and see if you have received an email from noreply@zohoaccounts.com. If you could not find an invitation there, check the spam folder.
2. Open the invitation email and click Join Organization.
3. Enter your first and last name.
4. Create a password for your account and click the Join Organization button at the bottom of the page.
5. You will be automatically redirected to Zoho Vault’s Create Your Passphrase page. Read the instructions carefully and create your account passphrase.
6. Click Save and Proceed.
1. Navigate to Sign in to your Zoho Vault account
2. Click Sign-In and enter your email address and password.
3. Set-up your MFA mode either using Zoho One Authenticator (Download from Play Store or App Store) or use Mobile Number.
4. Enter your Passphrase and click "Open Vault."
5. You have now successfully signed in to Zoho Vault.
· Initiate Sharing
o Soon after creating your account, you should complete the handshake process to share secrets with other users and vice versa. You can do this by navigating to the Settings page, then to Sharing Secrets. From there, click the ‘Initiate Sharing’ button.
o Once the sharing process is initiated, your IT Gurus will approve sharing requests from users.
o Both sharing initiation and getting approval from the IT admin must be completed by users to share secrets with each other.
1. Login to Keeper Security
2. Select your email account in right top corner and click Settings.
3. Select Export in left panel and enable "Include records shared with me".
4. Click Export.
5. Enter your Master Password and click Export Now button.
1. Login to Zoho Vault.
2. Click "All Passwords"
3. Click Import
4. Click Keeper
5. Click Upload File
6. Select the file downloaded from keeper security in CSV Format and click Verify.
7. Your keeper security Information will be displayed.
a. Select Overwrite radio button.
b. Click import button.
Note - The folder created by you in Keeper Security will be imported along with the same folder and records. The shared folder records will be Imported without the folder structure.
1. Click + to create new folder, update folder name and click Create Folder.
2. Select newly created folder and then click "Add".
3. Select respective category to create records.
a. Select any predefined sites listed in the page or "Add Custom Site”.
5. Update all the relevant information and then click Save.
1. You can now share secrets with other members within your company.
2. Open the Secrets page and select All Secrets.
3. Select the secret that you want to share.
4. Click the Share icon. It will prompt you to choose to ‘Share with Users’, ‘Share with User Groups’, or ‘Share with an Outsider’. (Note - Share with an Outsider is disabled as per company security policy)
5. You can selectively grant access privileges to the required users or user group.
a. One-Click Login Only - Share secrets without displaying them in plain text. This way, you can restrict users to performing an auto logon.
b. View - Share the secrets with permission to view them in plain-text.
c. Modify - Permission to view and modify the secret.
d. Manage - Permission to view and modify the secret, modify other parameters, and share the secrets with other users.

You can easily log in to your favorite websites using our browser extensions, increasing your productivity, and simplifying your everyday work. There are three ways to auto log in to websites using our extension:
· Using the autofill icon from the extension
· Using the Z-icon from the login fields
· By right-clicking on the login fields
Using the autofill icon from the extension
1. Install our browser extensions for your preferred browser.
2. Log in to the extension.
3. Click the auto-login icon next to the passwords to directly log in to websites and applications.
