How to troubleshoot UCRM issues?

  1. Check your internet speed (www.speedtest.net) and the upload speed should be a minimum of 6 Mbps. 
  2. Try to clear the browser history, cookies, and cache and close the browser.
  3. Reconnect the VPN and try to access UCRM. 
  4. If still not working, please check with your team leader whether all the users are facing the issue. If yes means, please raise a ticket with the IT Helpdesk (https://helpdesk.chargebackgurus.com/).
